The wind park in Velm is owned by by ContourGlobal Wind Holding GmbH, which is a 100% subsidiary of the ContourGlobal erneuerbare Energie Europa GmbH. The wind park consists of four Vestas V126 turbines with a gross output of 13,8 megawatt. The site is located 35 km north of Vienna in the municipality Velm-Götzendorf and is connected to the medium voltage grid of Netz Niederösterreich. Commercial operations were assumed in January of 2019.
