Bernhard has been with ContourGlobal since 2018, prior to his appointment as Country Manager Austria he held various roles including CFO for European Renewables. He started his international career at PWC and gained extensive expertise in the oil and gas industry before developing his passion for renewable energy. Bernhard's many years of international experience also include an extended stay in Israel, which had a particular impact on him. Bernhard is father of 4 children and finds his balance as an enthusiastic hunter and nature lover.

Stepan is a tax expert with international experience in tax consultancy. He started his career at Deloitte, and took over responsibility for group tax at ContourGlobal in 2019, in 2021 he was appointed Global Head of Tax and has since led a multinational team with a focus on asset and group financing transactions. Stepan enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for sports such as golf, hiking, alpine and cross-country skiing.

Marian joined ContourGlobal in 2021 as Finance Manager Italy Solar and subsequently expanded his role to Senior Finance Manager Solar, overseeing operations in Italy, Slovakia, and Romania. Taking over the responsibility for the finance function in Austria and Slovakia, Marian and his team are responsible for strategic finance and treasury planning, investor relations, budgeting as well as M&A and greenfield projects. Marian is married with two kids and in his free time he likes traveling with his family.

Frederik Haspel has 12 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in the acquisition and development of energy projects in Europe and America. He joined ContourGlobal in 2015 and, as Global Head of M&A, is responsible for the strategic expansion of our portfolio. In his spare time, Frederik is passionate about tennis and enjoys cycling and skiing.

Michael has been working for Austrian and international companies in the renewable energy sector for 22 years in various management positions and has developed, structured and realised many wind projects worldwide. Through his work with project developers, finance companies, plant manufacturers, general contractors and operators, he is very familiar with the interrelationships and requirements of the parties involved and can draw on a broad network. Michael spends his free time sailing, cycling, listening to music and travelling.

Stefanie ist seit 2024 bei ContourGlobal, davor war in internationalen Kanzleien im öffentlichen Recht tätig und verfügt über langjährige Expertise im Bereich erneuerbare Energie. Die gute internationale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb von ContourGlobal sind Stefanie besonders wichtig, privat genießt sie  Zeit mit ihrer Familie in Wien oder auf Reisen und nützt jede Gelegenheit um ins Theater oder in die Oper zu gehen. 

Stefan has been working in the wind energy industry since 2005, his experience ranges from installation, commissioning, maintenance and training to quality and project management in the USA, Canada, Belarus, Brazil, Czech Republic, Portugal and Austria. At ContourGlobal, Stefan is responsible for technical management and operations management, as well as consulting for global wind projects in the areas of acquisition, greenfield development and repowering. His private passion is cycling.

Sabine is responsible for the successful marketing of our renewable energy portfolio on the international wholesale electricity markets. With a background in finance, she has held various positions in electricity trading across Europe and successfully managed the exchange operations of a European power exchange for many years. She greatly appreciates the multicultural environment at ContourGlobal, enjoys being active in nature with her family, is a music enthusiast and likes to take advantage of Vienna's rich cultural offerings in her free time.

Tatiana joined ContourGlobal in 2019 as Executive Assistant, supporting the former CEO and founder of ContourGlobal for 4 years, and is currently supporting the Global head of M&A and Global Head of Business Development. Tatiana is based in Vienna and originally is from Slovakia, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology and her master’s degree in Public Policy. Prior Contour, Tatiana worked for 4 ½ years at IBM supporting the French market and Central and Eastern Europe, where she led cross country teams and organized leadership workshops. In her free time, Tatiana enjoys cooking and travelling.

Wilhelm has more than 20 years of HR experience in the aviation, IT, consulting, property and rail industries. His track record includes the development of new locations, restructuring, process optimisation and the management of HR and change projects as well as the design and implementation of innovative HR solutions. Wilhelm has led international HR teams and is a certified coach. In his spare time, he plays guitar in a rock band or rocks the waves with his windsurf, e-foil and wing-foil boards.

Liridon is an investment professional working on the development and acquisition of renewable and conventional energy projects in Europe, Latin America and the US. Prior to joining ContourGlobal, Liridon worked for a private investment fund, international organisations and the government of Kosovo. His main interest lies in structuring and executing complex, multi-faceted transactions. In his spare time, Liridon enjoys writing film stories and spending time with his family.

Torsten has more than two decades of experience in project management and technical construction supervision with a focus on alternative energy solutions. His impressive track record includes managing projects across Eastern and Southern Europe as well as developing and implementing wind farms. One notable example is the realisation of an 800 MW wind farm in Ukraine. In addition to his professional activities, Torsten is a passionate ultra trail runner and loves the mountains.

Thomas has been working for Austrian and international companies in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector for almost 25 years in various management positions and has realised numerous projects worldwide. Thanks to his many years as Senior Sales Manager DACH at the renowned wind turbine manufacturer Vestas Austria, he knows the market and market participants as well as the technology inside out. The passionate hunter spends his free time in the forest or with his family.

Stefan has over 20 years of experience as a project manager of infrastructure projects in East Africa and Europe and was team leader in one of the largest property developments in Vienna in recent years. Convinced of the importance of the circular economy, sustainable development and a conscious use of resources, he successfully steers his innovative projects to their destination with experience and passion. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, outdoor sports and culinary adventures.

Leonard started his journey in the wind industry in 2022 at ContourGlobal. He previously gained experience in the energy sector during his Master's degree in Urban Systems Engineering in the Netherlands. As a member of the scouting movement, Leonard spends a lot of time outdoors with friends and is passionate about bouldering. He is currently the the tallest person in the office.

Lorenz brings extensive professional experience from the photovoltaic industry to his role and has already been able to take on management responsibility in operational roles in smaller companies. He has also completed a degree in renewable energies, which further deepens his expertise and commitment in this sector. In addition to his professional activities, Lorenz is passionate about music as a DJ and event organiser, regular fitness workouts and snowboarding in winter.

Amir has a degree in electrical engineering and planned several solar and wind projects during his Master's degree in Renewable Energy Systems. At CG, he supports his colleagues in the identification of white areas, the creation of wind farm layouts and grid connection issues. Before joining ContourGlobal, Amir worked as a volunteer paramedic in Austria. In his spare time, Amir enjoys playing basketball and snorkeling in the Red Sea.

Nicolas is a trained Scrum Master and based on his studies for renewable energies and his experience in IT, planning and rollout of electric and rollout of electric charging stations, Nicolas is closely involved in the planning and structuring of our wind farm projects and storage issues. He draws his creativity from his passion for salsa dancing and barista art.

Maximilian studied Renewable Energy Systems at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum and has been with ContourGlobal since 2016. His work focuses on monitoring and evaluating the performance of turbines and providing support in analyzing wind farms and development projects. In his free time, he enjoys doing sports or playing with friends.

Urska has several years of experience in purchasing and marketing in various industries. She joined ContourGlobal in 2015 as an expert for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in Austria. Since 2023, she has been supporting the Operations and Development team by optimising procurement processes. She enjoys spending her free time in nature with her family.

Marcela has extensive experience in finance and accounting as well as corporate controlling in various industries. She also has experience as a manager and has a soft spot for PowerBI. Marcela is responsible for the finances of the Austrian portfolio. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cycling, cross-country skiing and runs a book club. Through her involvement in the Austrian-Slovak Cultural Association, she actively supports cultural exchange.

Tristan has been Office Manager of ContourGlobal Austria since the beginning of 2023 and is the "good soul" of the office. With a passion for sustainable practices and a knack for efficient processes, he ensures that our dynamic and international organisation runs smoothly. Tristan enjoys exploring different cultures and landscapes around the world while travelling.

Patricia joined ContourGlobal in 2017 and supports the legal department as a paralegal. She started her career in a law firm before moving into the property industry. In her free time, Patricia enjoys family time and culinary exploration, and in the summer months she relaxes with exciting diving adventures and quiet beach days.

Dariush Neitzel joined ContourGlobal in 2022, is about to complete a Master's degree in Export and Internationalization Management and has gained his international experience through study visits to Norway and the United States. In his role at ContourGlobal, he guides colleagues through the complexities of the procurement process. In his spare time, Dariush enjoys travelling, reading, playing football (and politics).

Jorge has previously worked for ContourGlobal as a financial analyst in Colombia and as an internal auditor in Milan. In his current position as Senior M&A and Business Development Analyst, he builds financial models for transactions and investment calculations. Besides his professional endeavors, Jorge enjoys spending the weekends with his family. 

Rafael has more than 4 years of experience in the financial sector and in M&A, project finance and debt advisory. Originally from Brazil, Rafael values intercultural experiences from living abroad since 2014. Outside of work, he is passionate about music, especially playing the guitar, and enjoys activities such as hiking and climbing. He also enjoys exciting diving adventures and quiet beach days.

Peter is an experienced tax expert specializing in international tax law and related software technology. He specializes in international tax planning, transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting and various aspects of Austrian tax law. In his spare time, he enjoys tax law, sports and programming.

Duarte joined ContourGlobal in 2020 and specializes in financial planning and analysis. He leads financial planning processes, budgeting and prepares forecasts and performance analyses. In the past, he gained experience as a financial manager, controller and treasury accountant at multinational companies in several European countries. In his free time, he enjoys his family, books and hiking.

Valentyna worked for several years as a director in the energy sector and later as a country manager for a Canadian investment fund. Her commitment also led to the founding of the Women's Energy Club of Ukraine, an NGO that provides an important platform for women in the energy sector. At ContourGlobal Solutions Ukraine, she was responsible for the Quad-Gen power plant. Prior to that, she oversaw the construction of numerous large-scale solar power plant projects and was involved in the implementation of pilot projects in Eastern Europe and Latin America.  In her free time, Valentyna enjoys yoga, swimming, hiking and travelling.

Florian has been working for ContourGlobal in a central IT function since 2018. Initially responsible for several European regions, he moved to the role of Cloud Enterprise Manager in 2023. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company's digital footprint in the cloud. In his free time, he relaxes with diving, tennis and hiking.

Roman started his career in the solar industry as a project manager and member of the development team, managing regulatory, licensing and energy issues. He is primarily responsible for the operation of the ContourGlobal solar portfolio in Slovakia. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, swimming and flying drones.
