Trautmannsdorf is owned by ContourGlobal Wind Holding GmbH, which is a 100% subsidiary of the ContourGlobal erneuerbare Energie Europa GmbH. The wind park consists of four turbines of the type Vestas V136-3,6 megawatt, 2 turbines of the type Vestas V117-3,45 megawatt, and one turbine type Emercon E101-3,05 megawatt with a gross output of 24,35 megawatt. The site is located 25 km east of Vienna in the municipality Trautmannsdorf and connected to the medium voltage grid of the local energy provider Netz Niederösterreich. The commercial operation of the Enercon turbine began in May 2014, and the Vestas turbines reached COD in January 2023 (Commercial Operation Date). A contract for the feed-in remuneration has been negotiated for 13 years.
